It's 4D, and ur not yet accustomed to the new control method, which uses 6 keys (WASD+QE). The 3D Beginner Mode (3D 新手模式) may be easier, as we are all accustomed to the WASD control method.

單人 (AI 易) = Single-player (AI Easy)
單人 (AI 中) = Single-player (AI Medium)
單人 (AI 難) = Single-player (AI Hard)

3D 新手模式 = 3D Beginner Mode
Perhaps I should create a tutorial that transitions from classic pong (2D) to 3D and then to 4D in the next couple decades. IDK.
